How do I pay for a machine?
The machines take Albanian coins only — 50 and 100 lek. They do not give change, so bring coins with you.
Is detergent included in the price?
Yes. Detergent and fabric softener are dispensed automatically by the machine, so you do not need to bring your own.
What machine sizes are available?
Washers and dryers in 8 kg and 14 kg. The 14 kg machines are made for larger household loads such as towels and bedding.
How long does a cycle take?
Washing programs run from 25 to 35 minutes depending on the program you choose. Drying is a separate program and price.
Do I need to book?
No. Sip & Spin is fully self-service — walk in any day between 7.30 AM and 10.30 PM.
Can I leave while my laundry runs?
Stay and enjoy a coffee. The display shows the remaining time and the machine signals when the program finishes.
Which program should I choose?
Cold Wash for lightly soiled and coloured clothes, Delicate for silk, wool or sportswear, Warm for everyday washing, Hot for whites, and Deep Wash for towels, work clothes or heavy stains.
Do you serve food as well as coffee?
Yes — croissants, cookies, cake, toast and sandwiches, alongside snacks, juices, smoothies and cocktails. The full menu is on this site.
